Intellectual property system
BrightGene set up an independent intellectual property management department in 2010, with the chairman Yuan Jiandong as the first responsible person. At present, the Intellectual Property Department is equipped with five full-time intellectual property workers, including three patent agents and one with both patent agency and legal professional qualifications. BrightGene has established a mature intellectual property management system. The company passed the national standard of intellectual property management system (GB/T29490-2013) certification twice in 2016 and 2021.
